Exchanges

We offer exchanges only. Please note that refunds are not available.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags are attached

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchange Process

All exchange requests must be communicated in advance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
